Ducado VeGA is a multi-talented entertainer who is more than just an musician. He is a songwriter, producer, artist, multi-instrumentalist (plays 13 instruments), engineer, actor, author and motivational speaker. His songwriting catalog has more than 1500 orignal works. His life experiences have given birth to one of the most gifted musicians the world will ever know. His spirit of giving fuels his desire to share his phenomenal gift with this planet. He has multiple recording projects to his credits including 1 solo album and 4 solo EPs. VeGA has produced a multitude of artists (regionally and nationally) and there is no letting up. He has co-authored a music marketing book called "Xtreme Music Marketing". And just like his book's title, Ducado VeGA is Xtreme. His music is hard hitting and funky. The sound was crafted through combing several different musical styles including funk, rock, hip-hop, soul, latin and dance. He walks in creative confidence and never backs away from a challenge. Ducado constantly pushes the creative limits by diving head first into new innovate projects. Having written and produced music in over 15 genres, Ducado has been quoted as saying " I do what I was put here to do". The man who has the reputation of never sleeping sees himself as a bridge. Through his creative eye, Ducado envisions music going back to being music. By fusing the good, the grimy and leaving in the ocassinal flaw or mishap, VeGA has developed a signature sound. Ducado has an innate ability to combine the old with the new and never lose a step. Ever cautious when he strikes, his moves are calculated and well thought out. He only shares his ultimate vision with those closest to him and leaves no room for compromise. Criticism has no affect on this unique soul, as he believes that all creative things have a place in existence. His perfection is the imperfections that make all of his creations unique. 2011/2012 will see a floodgate of creative energy and exquisite artistry from the 'House of VeGA' aka C.O.A. Entertainment/ C.O.A. Empire Records. The C.O.A. Entertainment family is bigger and stronger than ever. His EP 'Psychadelic Love Child' is absolutely sensational. In the coming year there will be a revolving door of new content coming from Ducado including, music, videos, concerts and few surprises. Projects will include a New Ducado VeGA EP, a Ducado produced EP by C.O.A. Artists Zenya, Tu Deip and Knesee. Ducado is also currently writing a new book. In 2011 Ducado formed a songwriting team with bandmate Zenya called the Faayd (pronounced Fade). With a new business model, team and focus Ducado is poised to make a huge impact.

As well as a recording artist, Ducado is a motivational speaker. Ducado has spoken at numerous functions and keeps a regular schedule of speaking engagements as well as Live performances. Ducado's targets include youth and Indie Musicians. His youth motivational speaking sessions cover many areas including, self-awareness, self-love, setting high standards, pursuing your dreams and the music business. He has conducted sessions with middle/high school teens and teens that have been in trouble with the law. Youth sessions are concluded with a Live performance by Ducado. More recently Ducado has stepped into the music seminar arena. He has spoken on multiple music panels and conducted numerous workshops. His topics focus on growing as an Indie Artist and Extreme Music Marketing. His workshops also focus on What it takes to make it as an Indie Artist and College Radio's importance to an Indie Artist. Ducado has co-written a music marketing book (Xtreme Music Marketing) with longtime friend Susan VyOlet Crandall. Susan and Ducado conduct Xtreme Music Marketing workshops nationwide. The sessions are energized and moving. He has won the praises of the community and his peer for his tireless work.

Ducado VeGA is a prolific songwriter/producer, having written music in over 15 different genres. Over the years his catalog has grown and now exceeds 1500 songs. He has written for, Produced and or co-Produced a wide range of Artists. As a Producer he focuses on finding the Artist in the song. Never one to just give an Artist a song that he has just lying around, he caters to the specific need of the Artist. In 2011 Ducado and bandmate Zenya formed the songwriting team the Faayd to provide quality songs for Independent and major label Artists. Ducado also partners with longtime friend and musician Rodjaye Johnson in songwriting/production. Rodjaye works out of Atlanta Georgia and specialized in Country, Jazz, R & B, Pop and Dance. Others associate writing a production partners include Wil Bleez (Michigan), Que Forte (bandmate, writer, Dallas, Texas) and Tu Deip (C.O.A. recording Artist, rapper, songwriter Dallas, Texas)

My Letter 2 U!!!!

And so the new journey continues. One without shame, bitterness, blame, regret, guilt, or hatred. I look back over the past 5 years in utter disbelief as I realize that life has thrown me into a position where I am forced to know myself and what makes me tick. I often looked into to the mirror and saw the eyes of a stranger. I walked around housing secrets, fearful in one respect and too cocky for my own good in another. I saw the rise and fall of relationships that meant a lot to me. I realized that through it all I had to become what was put in me from birth. I had to face the pain of physically walking away from people who I love. I had to endure the pain of not knowing whether I would truly love again. Old habits were broken, living and material. My new fix is my destiny. No more playing games with myself. I now get high off of realizing my dreams. I get high off of being brutally honest with myself and anyone else who can withstand it. I get high off knowing that my addiction to rescuing others is broken. I am cautious about who I let in, but I am still bold to the very end. My shame is only mirrored by my desire to do the right thing. I myself on this day am finally free! This letter initially reflected who and what I was. Now it screams of who I am!
I wish u all love and I thank u all for being a part of ME! Whether u came into my life for the good or bad u were here when I needed u most and VeGA luvs u for that. I need the clouds just as much as I need the sun. Leaving the familiar behind is sometimes necessary in order to move forward. I have come to the realization that most of our problems stem from the fact that we aren’t making love anymore. And I’m not just talking about physical love I’m talking about (Making Love the Answer-the Priority-the End Result). Is anyone listening? I live daily in what I must be and I want to send the msg to my F.A.M.S. to Live what u are. Stop taking no for an answer. How will they ever know who u are if u don’t let them know. To my supporters and friends just DO YOU! It is ur only way out of the pretend world into the real world. The land of make believe is for children. Ur real world still has a Merry-Go-Round I PROMISE!
